1.Objective
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, Loco Medical Group (Medical Cooperation) has established the following contact points for the purpose of appropriately handling reports of violations of laws and regulations and acts that may raise questions about the proper implementation of medical safety management from officers, employees, and other persons.
2.Subject of report
The subject of reporting is any act of violation of laws and regulations (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Whistleblower Protection Act) regarding officers, employees, agents, or other persons engaged by the corporation, or any act that raises doubts about the proper implementation of medical safety management. However, facts such as violations of laws and regulations in one's private life that are unrelated to the business of the corporation are not subject to reporting. (If the report is not related to an act that violates laws or regulations, it will be accepted as information.)
